Thompson Valves Ltd is continually seeking to improve our processes in order to meet and exceed our customer expectations. We are currently looking to enhance our customer return product process to ensure that when the product is returned under warranty for investigation that it is actioned and turned around in a timely manner.
Therefore, we are introducing a Returns Material Authorization process for all products reported as defective and are to be returned to Thompson Valves Ltd for investigation/replacement/repair.
To request a Returns Material Authorization, please upload the RMA download. Please be prepared to provide the following information:-
- Your Name, Company, Telephone and Email address.
- Order Number and the Thompson Valves Part number of the product to be returned.
- Quantity of the product to be returned.
- Reason for the product return.
Once the RMA number has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing the RMA number, product and product quantities authorized for return. The returned product must contain the RMA document sent to you from Thompson Valves Ltd, any material returned without an RMA number may experience delays in processing.
Once your goods are received under the designated RMA number, a notification email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of the product and quantities received. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
